Chefs Andrew and Sandy

A power couple in the home dining scene, Andrew and Sandy have always loved to cook. Both began cooking for different reasons but continued for the sheer passion of it.   Andrew began cooking to feed himself and his sister as his parents were working. His father, a fisherman, has one of the few remaining fish farms or Kelong in Singapore. Andrew’s cooking is highly influenced by his father. Chefs Alan and Christina

Husband and wife team, Alan and Christina have been in the cooking business since 1999. Christina is Peranakan and Teochew while Alan is Peranakan and Hokkien. Both take great pride in their Peranakan roots and traditional recipes passed down from their own grandmothers.  Cooking has always been their interest and passion where cooking traditional Peranakan food has been strongly embedded in their lifestyle. Chef Eugene Gan

Eugene Gan is no stranger to the hustle and bustle of the kitchen. Born and raised in Penang, Eugene grew up immersed in a culture famed for its unique street food. His culinary journey began at Hydro Majestic Hotel Penang, Malaysia. He migrated to Australia to pursue a career in Sydney's distinguished fine dining industry and trained under acclaimed Executive Chef Marco Bonanni. During this time, Eugene studied the nuances of Modern Australian cuisine, and even collaborated with Nat Howell, a colleague of Australian Celebrity Chef Luke Mangan, on various culinary projects.   On moving to the UAE in 2019, he served as the Head Chef at Kulture House, where he developed contemporary fusion-style dishes.
