How do I buy a gift card? 

Choose the denomination of your choice and purchase Esseplore's E-Gift Card. Once the order confirmation email is sent to you, you will receive the gift card in a short while. Note that confirmation of your purchase can take up to 24 hours. On receiving the gift card, forward the email to gift recipient and wait to hear how happy they are.  

How do I redeem a gift card? 

To redeem your gift card, follow the link to www.esseplore.cooking and take your pick of gourmet feasts from a variety of cuisines. Once you've chosen your feast, head to checkout. Make sure to use your unique 16-character code, along with your delivery details. Place your order and await your gourmet meal. 

Terms & Conditions

1. Esseplore gift cards are only redeemable on www.esseplore.cooking.
2. To redeem the gift card, enter the unique 16-character code at the time of check-out.
3. Esseplore shall not be held liable if the customer is unable to redeem on account of technical    glitches.
4. Validity of the gift card is 12 months from the date of purchase.
5. Confirmation of gift card purchase can take up to 24 hours.
6. The gift card is valid on all feasts.
7. In case the value of the chosen feast exceeds the value of the gift card, the difference must be  paid by the recipient.
8. Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts.
9. No cancellation or refund is allowed on the issued gift card.
10. No returns or refunds on purchased gift cards.
